Fourth avoid for some days smoking and alcohol. Fifth is it better if you can reduce the amount of carbonated drinks. Sixth limit your caffeine intake. Seventh, take at least 1000 mg of Vitamin C daily. And last eight if possible adopt a habit of meditation which would keep peace of mind. Once you feel that you no longer need diet pills avoid them and stick to your routine hereafter to keep intact your physical strength and fitness.
