Sure you relish watching home movies with fattening snacks but before you know it, you’re already putting on weight. Then you think of exercise to get rid of love handles because you’re simply getting uglier with it, so what’s the next best thing to do? Love handles are those rolling flaps protruding at your pants’ lip, they don’t look good and they’re not healthy so you need to do away with them. If you make exercise part of your daily routine, it can help you keep an attractive body.
But then losing those extra flaps is a daunting task involving drive and discipline. However, this doesn’t mean you have to strain yourself because working out should be fun. Nearly all of us enjoy watching movies at home so why not plan out your physical exertion program, while watching your preferred movie? Here are some workouts which you could do in front of the movie screen.
Aerobic workouts: these not only burn fats but helps you lose weight too and if you make it a habit, it can help you maintain your desired body weight too. You might find it tough to continue with your exercises while watching a movie, but how about switching to a station which shows aerobic exercises? Choose any one of them for removing the love handles efficiently. Now you can change the channel to the movie you like while doing the exercise but don’t forget to keep your direction too.
Look what you are eating: Movies can also be enjoyed when you are loaded with some healthy and balanced snacks. Rather than ice cream, try fibrous snacks such as celery or carrots, after all, you only need to train at least 3 times a day. So try to chip in your favorite movie along with some of those healthy snacks in between your physical exertion schedules.
Make a decision to stay healthy: The idea of having to to get rid of love handles is not a short term regimen. One of the most important points to note here is that since the body is on a continuous process of storing fat, you can land up putting on immense amount of weight if you are not careful with your food habits especially during old age, when losing weight is a near-impossible task, hence it is always wise to start early with your exercise. The most advocated piece of advice thus is to alter your life style with a proportionate diet accompanied by the right kind of workouts, interspersed with the right time gap.
